1. Daily inspection and cleaning
Surface cleaning: Regularly wipe the valve body surface with a dry cloth and avoid using corrosive cleaning agents. Check whether the valve body has cracks, rust or deformation.
Internal cleaning: Disassemble the valve every six months and clean the valve disc, valve seat and valve cavity with a special cleaning agent to remove oil stains, impurities and deposits. After cleaning, dry it with compressed air and apply anti-rust oil.
2. Seals should be replaced regularly
It is recommended to replace the sealing parts every 1 to 2 years based on the usage frequency and environmental conditions. In damp, high-temperature or corrosive medium environments, the replacement cycle should be shortened to 6 to 12 months.
3. Rust prevention and lubrication
Rust prevention treatment: Apply anti-rust paint or grease to the surface of the valve body, paying special attention to easily corroded parts such as threads and flange connection surfaces.
Lubrication of moving parts: Regularly add lubricating oil (such as lithium-based grease) to moving parts like valve stems and guide rods to reduce friction and wear.
